R China [4]BuXiang) 【分类号】：R246.6      【页码】：-104-107      【出版年】：2006.2 【下载地址】：下载pdf全文         目的：观察活血通窍刺灸法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的，临床疗效。方法：将176例患者随机分为治疗组（89例）和对照组（87例。治疗组针刺膈俞、风池和百劳穴，同时灸百会和上星穴；对照组口服西比灵。结果：活血通窍刺灸法能提高临床综合疗效，显著提高主观指标积分，显著提高体征积分，明显改变血液动力学，其作用优于对照组，并发现治疗组远期疗效明显优于对照组。结论：活血通窍刺灸法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效肯定。
